The Role:

As a BDM you will be responsible for identifying and converting new opportunities with new and existing customers focusing on specific verticals.

The role requires the applicant to be highly motivated, organised and able to work independently to ensure that collective & individual goals are met.

This role requires self-management skills and the ability to work under own initiative, along with strong analytical, negotiation, influencing skills and the ability to close sales.

To be successful within this role you must have a proven track record of hunting for new business as well as managing existing client relationships, you will be a hunter and a confident communicator. You will always be looking at new and innovative ways to grow new and existing business.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Demonstrated track record in Business Development and Client Management.
  • A successful track record of achieving sales revenue targets.
  • Tenacious sales mentality with a resilient personality.
  • Proven ability to present effectively and to engage with key decision makers.
  • Being a self-starter with strategic thinking and a get-up-and-go attitude.
  • Ideally you willhave expereience working within financial/payment solutions or with large retailers
