Join an experienced mortgage broking team in their newly refurbished Ultimo office! The perfect opportunities for an individual looking to a secure a role and further develop their career within the residential and commercial mortgage space.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our client as a Business Development Manager. Support our client in growing their business. Our client is currently working on expanding and further cementing their presence within both the commercial and residential mortgage space.

Your role will require you to

  • Have extensive knowledge of current trends within the commercial and residential mortgage market including but not limited to competitors, available finance products, pricing and financier platforms
  • Represent the brand to a high professional standard
  • Develop and execute a sales plan with set goals in mind
  • Build, maintain and retain client relationships
  • Practical and hands on management of your sales pipeline
  • Contribute to company growth through new marketing ideas
  • Liaise and communicate with panel financiers
  • Ensure all sales and marketing action complies with legal requirements and regulations as well as internal company policy and procedure

What we are looking for

A motivated individual who is looking to further develop their skills in a professional sales and administration environment.

Ideally you will have experience in:

  • Building and maintaining an existing mortgage / finance client base
  • Mortgage sales and Business Development
  • Negotiating, problem solving and dealing with a range of enquiries
  • Working with accuracy, and with high attention to detail
  • Working with technology across multiple platforms, ideally Loanworks, Liteworks and Podium
  • Working in a fast paced environment where resilience and an ability to stay focused is a must
  • Customer centric
  • Strong communication skills
  • An ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in financial services is required.
