Our client is a global manufacturer and supplier of fitness equipment, with an established brand within the industry. Their products are being used by the world’s top athletes at the Olympics, Football World Cup and America’s Cup, as well as supplying thousands of locations with top quality machines from Fitness facilities to Schools and Universities to Hotels and Cruises. Due to growth, they are looking to employ and experienced Business Development Manager for their team.

We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join the team that has experience selling high-end or luxury products. We require a person who has a passion for selling, consistent and diligent, with a can-do, hunter attitude. Experience within the building and construction space is a bonus.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include the following duties:

  • Build and develop customer relationships through strong customer service and a willingness to always exceed expectations
  • Provide product support and advising customers on product solutions

  • Achieve sales targets and budgets, with a proven track record
  • Identifying new product and market opportunities
  • Keep up to date with the latest product developments
  • Contribute to the continual improvement culture of the company

Who we're seeking;

  • High-end or luxury product sales experience essential
  • Experience in tendering
  • Experience in asset financing highly regarded
  • Ability to work well under pressure and the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
  • High levels of integrity and honesty with a commitment to exceptional levels of customer service and support
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
