    One of Australia’s most successful aggregators is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager. This role is based in Sydney and will see you service a huge pool of brokers looking to grow their commercial book. This is a hands-on, busy, robust and supporting role, whereby you will build strong relationships with their extensive broker network and educate brokers on commercial credit and deal structuring.


    This is a full time, permanent role and does require some interstate travel across NSW, QLD & ACT. Travel costs are covered by the business.


    About the role:

    • Coaching and supporting broker network with structuring commercial credit
    • Build and maintain good working relationships with brokers across NSW, QLD & ACT
    • Grow commercial loan volumes
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen market proposition to brokers and customers

    About You:

    • 3-4 years commercial banking experience as a business banker or relationship manager
    • Demonstrated credit knowledge, understanding of how to structure commercial deals
    • You are able to work autonomously
    • You have excellent interpersonal skills and can build both internal and external relationships
