The Company

Our client is a leading SaaS company who are currently going through massive growth company wide. They started off as a small company in the UK and have blown up and now have offices all around the world with Sydney being their highest performing sales office! With such demand for their software they are now on the lookout for good Sales people to come and join their close knit team. This is the perfect company for someone who is looking for somewhere where they can be mentored/trained and wants to work for a fun company.

The role

As a Business Development Executive, you will start by going through their extensive training program, which will teach you the in’s and out’s of the business, the product and most importantly how to "solution sell" which is THE best attribute to can learn in sales. You will then be given your desk and you will be able to put your training in to action, calling businesses Australia wide and helping them make their lives easier by offering the clients solution.

Duties

  • Calling businesses and offering them a solution
  • Booking in meetings
  • Making sure you're keeping up with your KPI’s
  • Meeting your sales targets
  • Contributing to company culture

Skills and experience

  • 6+ months of any kind of sales experience
  • Be driven and energetic!
  • Be a good listener
  • Have an outgoing attitude
  • Be able to get along with anyone and everyone
