My client is looking for a rockstar Business Development Executive to jump onboard and have a part in growing some great accounts and bringing on some of your own.

This is a truly rare opportunity to join an exciting start up that is just doubling down on its presence in Australia within the wine industry.

Reporting to the Director you will:

  • Meet your sales target and quotas
  • Build close relationships with accounts
  • Focus field visits on busy areas within CBD and other areas that would have a great value proposition
  • Ensure new on boarded clients have a superb experience and create a strong, ongoing relationship
  • Manage relationships with distributors and trouble shoot

To accomplish this, you will have:

  • Previous sales experience within FMCG, preferably within wine or liqour
  • High energy and desire to grow within a start up company
  • The ability to learn quickly, absorb and retain product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills—ability to build rapport and credibility quickly
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling, persuasive arguments to owners of businesses
  • A background in the italian wine/food space is a plus
