Randstad Technologies is partnering with a large Government Department to identify an experienced Business Change Manager. This will be working on a brand new project where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the first phase of a state wide process change.

About you



This role will suit you if you bring:


  • Natural intellectual curiosity and problem solving drive
  • Exposure to user centred design principles
  • A willingness to test and learn
  • Strong consulting fundamentals including strategic problem solving, data analytics and excel modelling, structured written and visual communication;
  • Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, mentoring and proven capabilities in people management
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Flexibility - the ability to adapt approach when business priorities change or move

Essential Requirements:


  • 8-10 years’ experience of consulting and change management experience
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Change Manager that has proven experience in delivering change projects in large complex organisations
  • Experience in organisational change in business transformation projects and the ability to translate technical language into simple and clear messages to different stakeholder groups
  • Ability to influence and work with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Advanced communication skills and the ability to adapt language and messages to the needs of stakeholders
  • Advanced documentation skills, ability to clearly document processes, requirements and problem statements and end user communications

  • Training needs analysis
  • Consultation Plan
  • Change Communication Plan
  • Transition Plan co-development
  • Consultation
  • Coaching to the project team, project sponsors and key stakeholders on change management activities.
  • Lead the engagement activities with schools and stakeholders across the department as required.
