Randstad is on the lookout for a Business Change Analyst to be responsible for assisting the development and implementation of change initiatives that support the realisation of benefits and sustainable outcomes that are aligned to the client’s strategy. This includes change activities within the organization, the program and other stakeholders and groups.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the business transformation change team to implement change solutions that minimise impact to the end users
  • Support change impact analysis (people, process, technology) and recommend appropriate change interventions
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings and updates and support business readiness assessments
  • Monitor and track stakeholder engagement for impacted groups
  • Support Training Needs Analysis for impacted employees and assist in the implementing the training plan

Key challenges:

  • Working cooperatively and proactively with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and build solid working relationships and partnerships
  • Preparing the business to be ready for the implementation – conducting business readiness surveys to ensure that the end users and all stakeholders are ready, willing and able to receive and embed the changes
  • Assisting in the delivery of core business transformation activities - cultural, process and technology change across a number of work streams
  • Supporting management activities such as building and maintain delivery change planning, monitoring, tracking and reporting tasks

To succeed in this role you have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience in change management.
  • High level conceptual and analytical skills with the capacity to develop solutions for a range of complex issues
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to deliver consultations and presentations at a senior level
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting change initiatives such as delivering detailed change and business impact assessments, assessing a range of change intervention options and monitoring the progress of change programs.
  • Demonstrated experience and capacity to influence significant organisational changes and improvements in a public sector environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of change management of major organisational reform within a large complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the tools, techniques and methodologies used for change management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, engagement and relationship skills including the ability to work in partnership with stakeholders and influence senior executives.
