Company:

Our client is a leading global HR consulting firm who are currently looking to recruit an astute and driven Business Analyst to join their business intelligence team. The successful candidate will deliver innovative and consistent business solutions; provide business controller support to specified divisions; support the CEO and senior leadership team with decision making; and develop the organisations data strategy with the CIO.

Responsibilities:

• Developing productivity improvement programs utilising the growth matrix toolkit and benchmark analytics;
• Improving year on year price impact via tenders support and FO capability programs;
• Designing and mapping delivery models in line with expected volumes and agreed pricing;
• Applying lean methodology within finance and the wider organisation
• Track and report KPIs for all organisation development projects
• Produce data models highlighting performance trends
• Present research on economic and industry trends to Divisional Heads
• Conduct trend analysis of markets to determine viability of current and future operations.
• Maintain records on industry wide market trends, and competitor performance and forecasts.
• Develop financial benchmarking of the organisation against key competitors, mapping competitor employee profiles as required.
• Prepare economic & financial insights for the Divisional Heads, CFO and leadership team.

Skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, business or similar discipline
• CA/CPA qualified
• Advanced Excel skills – experience of building models/reports
• Exposure to large ERP systems, BI and Power BI
• Previous commercial analysis experience
• Demonstrated ability to pick up new concepts, ERP systems, and reporting tools quickly
• Previous experience monitoring and analysing performance
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
