An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join a major enterprise CRM implementation project on a contract basis until April 2027, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will play a key part in leading, managing, and coordinating the translation of business improvement ideas into tangible changes and solution specifications. Based at an inner-city Brisbane location, this position offers excellent work-life balance with two days of work-from-home flexibility per week.What You Will Do:
Lead and manage business and solution analysis activities across the project lifecycle.
Work closely with program, business, and technical stakeholders to effectively define, validate, prioritise, and continuously manage requirements as detailed user stories.
Effectively facilitate sessions with diverse stakeholder groups, leveraging best-practice techniques to achieve desired objectives and outcomes.
Collaborate with technical specialists and subject matter experts to map, document, and establish business processes and data modelling of current, transitional, and future states.
Analyse and critically evaluate information from multiple sources to support effective solution definition and design activities while considering competing stakeholder views.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Proven experience working with the Salesforce stack, applying product knowledge to define solutions for implementation.
Expert experience leading large-scale business process modelling (preferably using the BPMN specification) to identify and map the intersections between people, process, and technology.
Proven ability to work with key stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate these into detailed solution specifications, including user stories with acceptance criteria.
Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid Waterfall and Agile environment where requirements elicitation transitions to sprinted solution development.
Well-developed workshop, interpersonal, and communication skills that cultivate and maintain productive, collaborative, and outcomes-focused working relationships.
