    Our client has an immediate requirement for a Business Analyst to join their team. This is an initial 12 month contract with a view to extend.

    You will be part of a Business Analysts team working on implementing an integrated cloud-based platform by defining future state processes, requirement definition, documenting procedures, test case development for UAT and providing on the ground go-live support.

    About the role:

    • Quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of business needs and strategies
    • Effectively and concisely document user stories and business requirements to the level of technical detail required by vendors, developers and testers.
    • Assist with improving care management end to end processes to streamlining communication and the flow of information.
    • Ensure repeatable success through use of agreed methodologies, including Agile development and test practices.
    • Working closely with design and testing teams to track the delivery of business requirements into production, working closely with business to close solution gaps and/or defects.

    About you:

    • Cloud implementation experience
    • Financial Systems background is desirable.
    • Demonstrated experience in successfully influencing and negotiating with stakeholders to achieve goals
    • Understanding of project delivery best practice and methodologies, including Agile/Lean approaches
    • Demonstrable understanding of information processing as related to end-to-end integrated solutions
    • Experience working across multiple platforms and technologies
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
    • Experience leading Sprints, Stand Ups, Kanban and Backlog management
    • Proficiency in Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Word
