Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the existing Asset Management Framework, focusing on Project and Work Management components.
- Play a pivotal role in the implementation of the Asset Management Framework within the TechnologyOne solution. Provide expert guidance to ensure that configurations align with MCC requirements, collaborating with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed.
- Develop comprehensive test cases and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for end-to-end processes across relevant modules to ensure functionality and performance meet organizational standards.
- Facilitate the successful adoption of the solution among key stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and user engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in local government settings.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with TechnologyOne solutions.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, demonstrating a deep understanding of the field.
- Proven expertise in managing and delivering maintenance requests efficiently.
- Familiarity with mobile asset registration systems, showcasing your adaptability to modern asset management tools.
- Experience with plant asset management systems, illustrating your capability in managing complex asset infrastructures.
