Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, analysing, and documenting the differences between current and upgraded versions of Siebel. You will ensure that functional documents are created or updated to support seamless transitions and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify, analyse, and document changes between existing and upgraded Siebel versions (IP 18+).
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Develop, review, and update functional documentation, including Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and process flows.
- Analyse the impact of Siebel system upgrades on existing processes, workflows, and integration's.
- Provide recommendations for addressing gaps and leveraging new features in upgraded Siebel versions.
- Work closely with testing teams to ensure that changes align with documented requirements and business goals.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Siebel systems (IP 18 and beyond).
- Solid understanding of Siebel CRM functionalists, configurations, and upgrade processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating and updating detailed functional documentation.
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation.
