Role – Business Analyst – Provider Management

Location: Sydney CBD

Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension

Rate guide: Up to $500 per day

Manage and contribute to the development and improvement of all business processes and requirements pertaining to the Provider Management function within Workers Insurance. The role will ensure key business processes are documented in the AS/IS state and future TO/BE state to support and enable business strategy and supporting change management activities. Undertake full gap and customer ‘touch-point’ analysis to support the delivery of each of the key milestones within the transformation roadmap.

Experience:

  • Strong track record of successfully completing business analysis, requirements and processes for programs and projects
  • Relevant tertiary education and / or the knowledge and skills acquired through relevant experience suitable for the role
  • Experience with SAS

Typical experience:

  • Extensive experience in business analysis, process design, and process optimisation for project initiatives
  • Experience in workers compensation insurance -preferred
  • Intermediate Data Analysis
  • Intermediate /Advanced Excel
