About the Opportunity

APS6 Business Analyst, 12-month contract with a strong possibility of renewal. This full-time position offers a flexible, hybrid work environment, ensuring a great work-life balance. While the role is based in Geelong or Epping, some in-office time is required. Only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply.

About the Role

This role focuses on producing and analysing data-driven reports to monitor and improve performance outcomes while ensuring compliance with contractual, legislative, and policy requirements. It involves coordinating reporting, developing business requirements, and designing workshops to optimise customer experience and support governance and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce reports, interpret data, and analyse results using standard statistical techniques.
• Coordinate reporting requirements to monitor and track improvement and performance outcomes.
• Develop business functional requirements and resources aligned with contractual, legislative, and policy environments.
• Translate business metrics to inform internal stakeholders, focusing on efficiency, improvement, and performance outcomes.
• Design and deliver workshops, communication, and consultation resources to support complex systems and information sharing.
