Randstad are currently on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst specialising in HR and Health and Safety business systems.

The client is a prominent organisation with a global presence who are looking to improve their HR / HS&E technology and processes. Key responsibilities will be initiating and building business cases, engaging with multiple business units and reporting back to the key business partners.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate abstract technical information into business requirements
  • Exposure to HR and Health and Safety systems in large scale/global corporate environments
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent relationship builing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience across the entire SDLC
  • Experience in facilitating and running workshops
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal

On top of this, you will have a Bachelor Degree in Business or Business Intelligence and over 5 years experience as a Business Analyst.
