As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking the improvement and performance of business outcomes, developing business function requirements and creating reports for internal key stakeholders. You will also be required to Establish and implement governance and compliance processes, dashboards and management systems. As well as Implementing and maintaining audit and risk processes, controls and undertaking issue resolution.
Key Skills:
- Process mapping
- Developing user stories
- Reports and Dashboards
- Attention to detail
- Ability to engage key stakeholders
- Experience facilitating workshops with highly technical people and other stakeholders
- Data analysis experience
- Experience using tools such as; Jira, Confluence, workflow management, Agile methodologies
