About the company

A large national business with its head office in brand new facilities in Melbourne, this retail business is looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst to assist with delivering an enterprise scale Contact Centre upgrade program.

About the role

You will be responsible in gathering requirements, assessing as-is and to-be states within the planning and preparatory works associated with the business case, approval process and subsequent implementation phases of the program ensuring appropriate governance, reporting and stakeholder management at all stages. This program is in its initial discovery phase.

Key skills required:

  • Strong background in Business Analysis in enterprise environments
  • Proven experience working across Contact Centre projects from a technology aspect
  • Experience building a business case
  • Experience documenting as-is states of various contact centre environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
  • The ability to gather & challenge requirements
  • The ability to understand & liaise with IT as well as the business
  • The ability to deal with ambiguity
