Your new role:

Due to exponential growth, our client is looking for a Business Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible providing project administrative support to the Client Services team and administrative support and professional assistance to the overall operations of the business.

The Role:

  • Project admin support managing the end-to-end Statements of Work (SOW) process in conjunction with Account Managers, Customer Success and the Implementation Consultants
  • Monthly expenses for the management team
  • Office related invoicing requisitions
  • Dealing with ad-hoc purchases such as office supplies (Milk, fruit box etc.) for both Sydney and Melbourne offices
  • Booking travel on behalf of the management team
  • Arranging catering for office events
  • Liaising with Building Management to ensure all building facilities are in working condition
  • Taking management team meeting minutes
  • Coordinating the annual company kick off and Christmas parties
  • Assisting HR with admin support
  • There may be travel involved from time to time to the Melbourne office

  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to work autonomously & collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organisation & time management skills - ability to multi-task
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Flexible and energetic
  • CRM experience is an advantage
