Ideally you will already have good client relationships in Sydney as well as a good reputation with subcontractors, you must be able to wear many hats and have hard conversations also. Ideally you will have direct experience managing on Industrial Projects, Warehouse’s, Storage facility’s, loading docks or commercial projects for a Tier 1 or 2 commercial builders in Sydney.
