    We have exciting opportunities working for a large local government organisation as a Project Officer within the Brisbane Infrastructure Office who can work as part of the team; working in Brisbane City.

    About your new role

    Working as a Project Officer, you will have a specific focus on providing project support to the Branch by coordinating the implementation of high-level work projects and administration focussing on Brisbane's major infrastrature. Some of the duties of this role will include:

    • High level administrative and project support and advice through the utilisation of Council’s computer and corporate computer systems.
    • Assist with the coordination of correspondence and meeting materials including maintaining accurate records and registers in line with Councils records management policies and procedures.
    • Project documentation control, includes tracking distribution and document approvals
    • Support Project Online maintenance and updates (schedules and Cost Plans)
    • Coordinate project team meetings and updates to tasks in schedules

    What you will need to exceed

    We are looking for Project Officers who are reliable and enjoy providing high-quality work. A strong sense of teamwork, a commitment to safety and ensuring all work is conducted according to safety procedures and guidelines. In order to be a successful applicant, the following licences are required:

    • Mandatory Licences:
      • C Class Licence
