Your New Position:
Are you passionate about brand management and eager to make an impact in the fast-paced world of marketing? We are looking for a talented individual to lead our brand activation efforts at the local level, ensuring alignment with our broader marketing strategies and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with our local commercial team and leadership to manage marketing agendas, including portfolio priorities, brand strategies, and activity calendars. Ensure all initiatives are in sync with our broader business goals.
- Market Insights: Work closely with regional category teams to provide market-specific insights, ensuring that multi-country brand programs and innovation projects meet local needs.
- Consumer & Shopper Engagement: Develop and implement strategies that resonate with local consumers and shoppers, identifying unique engagement opportunities in the market.
- Brand Activation: Lead the execution of brand activation initiatives, including point-of-sale activation's, promotions, and experiential marketing events. Ensure seamless integration and coordination with our partners.
- Localisation & Amplification: Oversee the transcreation, localisation, and real-time amplification of marketing experiences, working directly with agency partners to adapt campaigns for the local market.
- Customer & Shopper Marketing: Support our customer and shopper marketing agenda by maintaining strong relationships with key customers and ensuring alignment on marketing initiatives.
Your Skills & Experience:
- 4-6 years of marketing and leadership experience, with a strong focus on marketing activation. A solid understanding of business, commercial, and financial acumen is essential.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams, including key account teams.
- Relationship Management: Skilled in developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including agency partners and key customers.
- Strategic Insight: Ability to provide market-specific input on broader marketing strategies and lead the localisation of campaigns to ensure they resonate with the local audience.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential, as this role will frequently interact with leadership teams, commercial teams, and external partners.
