Right now, due to growth within the business, a consumer goods organisation is seeking an outstanding Brand Manager to join their successful Australian team! Our client is an global FMCG business that has a fantastic product offering and takes pride in their fantastic dynamic working culture.

If successful you’d have full accountability of one of the countries most iconic consumer products. An innovative brand role, you’ll be the direct link between the product and the consumer + have full control and correspondence with agency partners and sponsors.

Driving four categories, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic brand plans and executing annual brand campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to capitalise market opportunities. You will be responsible for the full marketing mix for the segment in the brand portfolio including development and implementation of all ATL and BTL activities, and marketing analysis.

Please note, our client is open to junior marketing professionals as well as well equipped marketers.

To be successful in this role

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar
• Experience in a Brand Marketing role within the FMCG industry
• Understanding of the grocery and hardware retail space
• Willingness to learn and diversify
• Deep understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and initiatives
