The Company:

My client is a global manufacturing company based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Due to recent growth, they are looking for an experienced Branch Manager with a background in leadership, experience in delivering positive financial results and providing superior customer service and satisfaction. You will drive employee development to achieve desired results.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Your main duties within this role will include but not limited to the following;

  • Develop and Implement operational strategies and budget
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure all assembly deadlines are achieved
  • Work in a team environment to ensure the assembled products meet the quality targets
  • Advise and offer solutions to ensure 100% audit compliance
  • Report any product defects identified during the assembly and investigate possible alternatives to ensure on time delivery to customer is met within the specified timeframe
  • Manage all site matters and responsible for continual innovation to produce high quality products and services to exceed customer expectations
  • Train or facilitate training for all new or existing employees
  • Promote a safe and positive work environment
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications and experience:

  • Tertiary education preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a leadership position
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Excellent Communication and Report Writing skills
