Branch Customer Service & Sales Officer

About the Role

A permanent part-time opportunity is available in Wagga Wagga, inside the large shopping centre. Join a tenured team of professionals who serve the community assisting with consulted decisions on insurance products. The role is looking for high energy candidates with a sales-through-service mentality.

  • Provide exceptional customer service for members
  • Perform needs based selling to customers face-to-face to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Provide first contact resolution in customer interactions
  • Ensure membership information is accurate & correct on CRM
  • Comply with WHS legislations

About You

  • Have demonstrated experience in sales, previously working towards KPIs and targets
  • Ability to quickly learn and use numerous complex computer systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work well and collaborate in a highly functioning successful team
