Main Responsibilities:
... - Document preparation and editing
- Filing and scanning
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Data entry for clients using various accounting software packages
- Processing of Payroll for clients using various accounting software packages
- Preparation of Business Activity Statement, Instalment Activity Statements, Super Guarantee, Lodgements, Taxable Payments Activity Reports
- Follow up client for outstanding documents
- Other adhoc duties as required
Skill:
- SAP Experience is essential
- Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping
- High attention to detail
- Excellent computer, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks.
- Ability to take ownership of your role and demonstrate accountability and reliability.
- Works well in a team environment.
