Key Responsibilities:
- Metal Fabrication: Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
- Welding: Perform precise welding on various metals, ensuring structural integrity.
- Maintenance and Repair: Conduct maintenance, repairs, and modifications on existing metal structures as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and report any concerns to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.

What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Boilermaker, ideally with a background in structural/architectural steel.
- Takes pride in their work and ensures quality in all work produced.
- Able to work well in teams and independently.
- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or relevant certification.
- Current forklift license (preferred but not essential).
- Strong welding skills, including TIG experience.
- Knowledge of welding processes, fabrication processes, and safety protocols.
