show moreDue to being successful with the Bridgewater Bridge Project, we are looking for multiple Qualified Boilermakers/ Welders, to continue the success that has been achieved already.
About the opportunity
This role will see you constructing 27-30 tonne cages with 3 layers of Rio for the precast side. Ideally, you will also have experience with vertical welding, however training will be provided for successful candidates.
This work is ongoing, and you will have the opportunity to earn above award hourly rates and overtime will also be on offer.
About you
This role is ideal for experienced and qualified Boilermaker/ Welders, who has demonstrated experience in a similar role and takes pride in producing a consistently high standard of work.
Ideally you would have vertical up reinforcement welding but happy to train and up skill the right candidate with a motivated and positive attitude.
To be considered for the role you must;
- Have a positive and energetic attitude
- Certificate III or IV in Engineering (Fabrication Trade) - Ideal, but not essential
- White card
- Have demonstrated Boilermaker/Welder experience
- Have strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willing to perform weld test on site
