The Role

Reporting into the Bids Manager, the aim of the Bid Administrator is to provide overall administration support to the Bids teams. In addition, your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of marketing materials to support proposals
  • Ensure commercial terms in proposals have been reviewed
  • Receive tender notifications and distribute to relevant contacts
  • Write, update and maintain the tender library templates
  • Help write and edit proposal material such as capability statements, CV’s and projects experience
  • Coordinate team meetings
  • General administration duties as required

Experience

Ideally you will have relevant industry experience as a Bid Administrator and be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a bids / project environment
  • Administration experience
  • A high level of written and spoken communication
  • Strong grammatical and proofreading / editing skills
