Responsibilities:
- Overseeing relationships with vendors and benefits providers
- Evaluate and improve the current benefits program while introducing new benefits
- Support the Organisational Development team with recognition initiatives
- Lead small scale benefits projects
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar role necessary
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Power Bi or Tableau experience would be highly regarded
- Ability to manage both internal & external stakeholders
