About the Role:As the Behaviour Support Practitioner you will undertake a functional behavioural assessments and analysis, develop and write NDIS behaviour support plans that meet the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding requirements and work closely with the participant, their family, carers, guardian and other stakeholders to support the implementation of the behaviour support plan. RESIDENTIAL CARE PRACTITIONER (Youth Worker) - FULL TIME Based in Cairns, this position will see you supporting young people in care, who have been through trauma, helping them to develop positive routines and structures to enable them to live their life to the fullest, with your help, support, and care.This position is a permanent, however, you would need to be able to commit to sleepover shifts and a minimum of 50 hours a fortnight.
