Are you an analytical expert with a passion for banking and treasury operations? We're looking for a talented individual to join our client’s team on a contract basis as a Banking & Treasury Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic financial environment.

Position: Banking & Treasury Analyst ...

Location: Brisbane CBD
Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and treasury operations.
Perform detailed financial analysis, variance tracking, and risk management.
Assist in managing banking relationships and treasury-related transactions.
Prepare and present reports on treasury performance to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Support treasury strategy development and implementation.
Collaborate with finance teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Experience in the management, negotiation, administration and resolution of issues regarding large contracts.
Experience in problem solving to provide recommendations or solutions to current critical or emerging issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the management, negotiation, administration and resolution of issues regarding large corporate banking and related contracts.
Demonstrated ability in evaluating proposals using financial modelling and analysis techniques including the use of business models.
Demonstrated experience in undertaking research, analysis and modelling to provide recommendations or solutions to current or emerging issues.
Substantial experience in providing a financial and business advisory service to senior managers and other customers including financial analysis, planning and management reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships with staff at all levels of an organisation.
Demonstrated high-level organisation skills to work with minimal supervision and to meet tight deadlines, operating in an environment of competing priorities.
Advanced experience in the use of business software, database management/interrogation and corporate accounting systems.
Ability to contribute to team direction, give and receive feedback and achieve agreed performance standards in order to contribute to a culture of performance excellence.
