Randstad are currently seeking a unique group of customer service professionals to work within the Adelaide terminal providing customer service to passengers.

The Role:

We are seeking applicants who currently hold a VALID AND CURRENT ASIC CLEARANCE to work within the Adelaide Airport, applicants without this clearance will not be considered due to timeframes, positions will be commencing on the 4th January 2019.

You will be supporting and assisting travellers as they prepare to fly - a truly rewarding role for those who love to help people and pride yourself in providing the utmost in customer care.

A high level of communication skills and professional presentation will be necessary to undertake this role.

Required Skills:

  • ASIC clearance to work within the Adelaide Airport (Essential)
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proven ability handling a high volume of enquiries
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong data entry and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Shift information:

Hours will vary dependant on available shifts, likely 10-30hours per week, flexibility in available hours is required.
