Randstad have partnered with one of our clients within the finance industry to find their next Authorisation officer on a casual but ongoing basis offering full time hours.

You will be the first point of contact for buyers and sellers and responsible for answering calls, processing applications, assessing applications and administrative duties.
... Role responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and emails in relation to applications and general enquiries
- Verify application details and complete data entry of consumer agreements
- In time, conducting application reviews (i.e., requesting additional documentation, assessing details and making informed decisions that adhere to internal guidelines
- Create opportunities by tailoring considerations and outcomes to our buyers and sellers
- Making the occasional outbound call to follow-up on a decision, outcome or enquiry
- Scan and file documentation responsibly
- Adhering to both the Privacy Laws of Australia & New Zealand as well as Humm’s terms and conditions
About you:
- You will be driven and motivated to work efficiently and effectively
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience in a call centre environment (Preferable but not required)
- Ability to multitask and operate with accuracy at all times
- Exceptional communication skills
About the Role:
- Adelaide CBD location - close to public transport
- Full time hours 38hr per week - Rotating Roster 7:00am - 11:00PM (Open 7 days)
- Attractive Casual hourly rate
- Casual assignment for a minimum of 6 months with view to extend
- Great team environment
- Starting as soon as possible
