job description

We have an Audit, Performance & Compliance Manager within the property industry available with NSW Government!

  • 6 month contract
  • $104.50 per hour + super
  • Based in Parramatta

About the Opportunity:

  • Assist develop a new framework for the management of performance under the departments property contracts
  • Deliver and manage the Framework & Portfolio Management
  • Monitor Action Plans for breaches of agreements
  • Contact stakeholders regarding completion of programs, including fire safety

About the ideal candidate:

  • Background in audit and compliance for residential properties and general performance and compliance management skills for non-lease contracts
  • Knowledge of asset related maintenance is also required
  • Background in social housing is desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and friendly, professional approach
