The Client

Join a dynamic and cutting edge company at the forefront of business automation and enabling cost reducing efficiency for a multitude of companies.

This company run projects on a fully costed basis which provides clients with a detailed overview of the benefits of having projects managed by them and the benefits of implementing the strategies advised in order to streamline costing and improve productivity.

They work with clients on a consultative basis using a variety of different platforms to enable agility and improve business function across the board, which in turn promotes increased profitability and efficiency.

The company is experiencing rapid growth across the industry and are looking to drive business in Sydney from a new office in the technologically focused management consultancy space by utilising methods from fields such as statistical mathematics, operations consulting, computer science, data science, engineering and accounting.

The role

Your main focus is to drive sales so we are looking for candidates with experience in that area. You will also be the lead on the projects you bring in and keep working with your clients to ensure the solutions are in line with what was sold. Besides that, you will make sure the team is in good shape to deliver the solutions.

  • Sell the company's value proposition as an automation platform.
  • Drive business by calling and pitching companies and developing pipeline with which the company can grow in NSW.
  • Manage projects and accounts, maintaining and establishing meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Analytical and strategic mindset is pivotal to success, the ability to drive business and manage projects effectively, providing ongoing consultancy as an account director.




The Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will be a jack of many trades. Your main focus is to drive sales so we are looking for candidates with experience in that area. You will also be the lead on the projects you bring in, and keep working with your clients to ensure the solutions are in line with what was sold. You have:

  • 10 years of sales and/or consulting experience.
  • the ability to identify opportunities within companies to streamline and improve processes by using automation
  • MBA is desirable
  • intimate knowledge of LEAN method
  • working knowledge of process automation and how it benefits companies
  • the ability to pitch and liaise with C Level executives as well as converse with tech staff in back office environment
