This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director for operations planning to have a fundamental impact on one of Australia's biggest rail infrastructure projects.

Based out of Central CBD Sydney you will be responsible for strategically advising the program team in relation to operations and maintenance of both rail and rolling stock assets as well the impact that will have on the operating outcomes of the program. You will also be responsible for interfacing between client and contractor operators across the program of the works as well as needing to act as an independent body when advising on operations and maintenance inputs into design.

To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrated experience in leading the operations and maintenance of a major program of works, preferably in the rail industry. You will also need to be able to resolve issues with an operating contractor as operational issues arise whilst concurrently supporting the development of concept of operations for future works.

Requiring a start at the end of January/early February this role will be paying in the vicinity of $1200 - $1500 per day + super dependent on experience.
