job description

We are working with the institutional banking arm of a leading domestic bank on a newly created Associate Director role reporting into the COO of the CIB business in a standalone position and requires a senior, high calibre Financial Crime SME to sit within the business and be hands on in enhancing and improving the visibility of financial crime to the business as well as relevant policies, procedures etc across all Financial Crime disciplines working with and proactively influencing senior stakeholders.

Experience/skills required

  • 8-10 years proven experience gained in Financial Crime experience within an Investment Bank, Global Bank, or within the institutional arm of a domestic bank
  • A good understanding of the different disciplines of Financial Crime in order of preference (AML, ABC, Sanctions etc).
