This well regarded financial services business requires a experienced Legal & Governance & compliance professional. In this leading Bank as the Associate Director Compliance within this exciting and diverse role you be assisting the business with management and oversight of their Governance from a Compliance and Governance perspective.

Sitting within this Compliance function for this leading bank this role will play a key role in the oversight of compliance and regulatory requirements. Specifically this role will ensure that the Compliance Breaches are being managed correctly reported . Also you will have a solid understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment covering financial services.

Within this high profile opportunity Compliance and Governance opportunity you will helping the organisation to follow their contractual obligations.

Your day to day duties will include the following:

  • Documentation and dissemination of relevant regulatory requirements and, where necessary, procedures to promote compliance to contractual requirements.
  • Management and oversight of the Breach reporting process
  • Assess the impact of legislative changes to the banking sector, and ensure the business units are fully informed and they in keeping with their obligations around breach management
  • Providing oversight and management to the team around Breach reporting.

Suitable candidates will possess

As the successful candidate as the Associate Director around Breach Reporting with relevant experience in corporate governance & compliance requirements . It will beneficial if you have a knowledge across banking and regulatory requirements . In conjunction with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and previous legal experience across Banking. You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills
