job description

This position sits within the Partner Solutions and Support team. It has responsibility for working collaboratively to grow the value of the total investments and loans.

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintain a proactive service and cooperative manner, high level of accuracy and timeliness, courtesy and professionalism
  • Ensure the quality of end-to-end service delivery to current and prospective customers satisfies UFS service standards and client expectations whilst ensuring 100% compliance with external regulators, legislation and UFS policy and procedure.
  • Proactively manage satisfactory resolution of client enquiries and complaints as received, with complaints to be referred and recorded in accordance with delegations
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge for all products and services provided by UFS
  • Gain the confidence of clients and promote awareness of available UFS products and services to retain and grow the existing connections with the view to on-board new investors
  • Capture, report and analyse client feedback to offer improvements to the range of products and services delivered to our borrowers
  • Prepare audit certificates
  • Preparation and processing of corporate cards, merchant facilities and guarantee by bank applications for assessment by the approving manager.

About you:

  • Recent practical experience working within the Australian financial services industry in a client facing, sales and service position involving retail and wholesale clientele
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the confidence to approach and deal with sensitive issues and relationships
  • Possess a well-rounded knowledge of the financial services industry regulatory and compliance environments balanced with sales and service experience
  • A sound understanding of the responsibilities of the financial service industry via compliant policies, procedures and processes to deliver high quality service outcomes.
