Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver strategic communications plans across various channels
• Explain scheme changes and their impacts to diverse audiences
• Oversee integrated marketing communications campaigns
• Use data and insights to improve reform communications
• Collaborate with Strategic Communications Division on joint objectives
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for team members
• Define staff roles and conduct performance appraisals
Requirements:
• High-level strategic communications knowledge
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in planning, organising, and decision-making
• Ability to influence and build customer relationships
• Commitment to continuous improvement and high work standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the organisation's business systems
Additional Information:
• EL1 classification within APS Work Level Standards
• Pre-Engagement Check required (mandatory security screening)
• May involve working in open office and hot desk environments
