Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust enterprise assurance strategy
• Design the processes to test end-to-end work-flows and controls, identifying and addressing deficiencies
• Create and manage processes for correcting control deficiencies at the individual risk level
• Deliver high-quality reporting on assurance program outcomes
• Present risk-related topics to senior management and governance committees
• Provide expert advice on the design and implementation of internal controls
• Conduct in-depth reviews to assess control and treatment alignment, effectiveness, and progress
• Develop an enterprise-wide Incident, Loss, and Breach management framework that integrates existing operational processes
• Establish and maintain escalation, notification, and reporting standards and procedures

Skills and Expertise:

• Extensive experience in senior risk management or assurance roles within large, complex organisations
• A record in developing and maintaining Risk Management and Assurance frameworks and tools
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting monitoring and assurance activities
• Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders
• Proven ability to foster a culture of risk awareness across the organisation
• A proactive starter, adaptable to evolving business needs
• A relationship builder with a strong focus on driving results
