Our client is a well established and respected Government organisation looking for an experienced and dedicated Asset Reporting and Standards Manager. This role demands an exceptional individual and highly organised professional.

The purpose of this role is to be responsible in supporting the delivery of maintenance and capital programs through the proactive establishment of reporting systems and development of technical standards to inform planning.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating the competing demands of different project and program streams in collaboration with, operational stakeholders and facility and operations managers.
  • Coordinate the commissioning of projects through structured service and support contracts, transfer of asset data, systems establishment and engagement of operational teams
  • Develop a standardised system of reporting on asset standards and condition and programs
  • Support the integration of programs and projects, to ensure timeframes are complementary and meet project deliverables

You will have:

  • Relevant experience in reporting on Building, Facilities, Architecture Engineering programs and/or demonstrated extensive practice in project and program management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developing reporting systems (excel based etc.)
  • Demonstrated capacity to form effective working relationships, and to communicate and negotiate on diverse matters will be essential
  • Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise meeting competing reporting deadlines
  • Evidence of current NSW drivers licence and ability to travel for work purposes

This is a contract role which requires full-time availability – part-time candidates will not be considered.
