About The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely scoping of works by adhering to the scoping program. You will develop, implement, and manage a planned maintenance program using Property Assessment Survey (PAS) data and local knowledge for allocated properties.
This will include:
... - Ensure compliance with Australian Building Codes, Housing Portfolio standards, policies and contract requirements when assigning work to contractors.
- Report on field inspection activities and outcomes to scope and monitor the delivery of work, and verify contractor compliance with maintenance contract requirements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with contractors to facilitate effective inspection and maintenance programs
About the ideal candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:
- Experience scoping residential/commercial properties
- Previously inspected contractor works to make sure they are compliant with Australian Building Codes
- Have a trade background
- NSW White Card and Driver's License
