Randstad has been engaged to recruit a talented and motivated Asset Management professional for a council 2.5h north of Melbourne CBD.
We are seeking an Asset Analyst in the Strategic Assets team. The role is specifically looking for an experienced asset management professional who has experience using Predictor Asset modelling software. Ideally the candidate has experience in local government.
The key responsibilities for the role are:
- Analysing Asset Condition Data.
- Carrying out Asset Modelling with our Predictor Software to produce Asset Renewal Programs.
- Working closely with the Coordinator GIS and Assets.
We are open for hybrid working arrangement. Ideally this role would be three days onsite, however we are open to give more flexibility for exceptional candidates.
The ideal start date is around Monday 2nd September 2024 initially for a period of 4-8 weeks as this role is backfilling a secondment in the team.
