Looking for experienced Asphalter and Machine Operator - Located Gold Coast


Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Asphalt Workers to join our team. As an Asphalt Worker, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of roads, driveways, and other asphalt surfaces. This position requires individuals who are dedicated, hardworking, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain asphalt equipment, such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
• Perform asphalt paving, patching, and resurfacing according to project specifications.
• Prepare surfaces for asphalt application, including grading, leveling, and cleaning.
• Ensure proper compaction and smooth finishing of asphalt surfaces.
• Repair and maintain asphalt equipment as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Asphalt Worker or similar role.
• Familiarity with asphalt construction techniques and equipment.
• Ability to operate and maintain paving machinery.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
