We are currently partnering with a newly created State Government department to source an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level administration and secretarial duties to a Senior Director. As it’s a new department and new position, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who is looking for a role which will allow them to provide input and ideas to the broader team.

If you are successful in securing this position your duties and responsibilities may vary during the assignment based on internal changes so it is imperative that you are open to change, you are driven and flexible. Your initial responsibilities will include;

  • Diary and calendar management
  • End to end coordination of management meetings including agenda preparation and minutes
  • Preparation of monthly reports including proof reading
  • Meeting strict deadline
  • Records and database management
  • Managing incoming communication via calls, emails and letters

The successful candidates will be corporately presented, have exceptional communication and computer skills and will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an Executive Assistant position.
