Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, demonstrating a ‘can-do’ and resilient attitude, with a high attention to detail and a willingness to adapt to change. Ideally, candidates should be able to:

Research, interpret legislation and provide input into policy development and scheme design, including maintaining knowledge of relevant legislation and international agreements.
Exercise sound judgement and good problem-solving skills, and apply research and analytical skills, to understand complex issues, identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
Strong project management skills.

It will be an advantage to have qualifications or an understanding of carbon accounting frameworks and corporate sustainability reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Contributing to the design and delivery of reports, including assessing and improving its suitability.
Researching and analysing developments in reporting and corporate disclosure arrangements.
Engaging internally and externally with government and the market including the drafting of responses to consultations and submissions.
Communicating complex information simply in both written and verbal formats to external stakeholders and senior leadership.
