Randstad are recruiting multiple experienced Contact Centre Team Leaders for a project in Federal Government.

Randstad has partnered with a Federal Government Department and due to business growth, they require experienced contact centre Team leaders to lead and mentor a team of customer service agents.

Your key duties will be supporting, coaching and mentoring staff members whilst managing the day to day operations of the contact centre. You will drive your team to achieve outstanding service to the general public and support the team through challenging conversations.

Key information about the role:

  • These roles are based in Brisbane CBD.
  • These roles are due to commence in Sept/Oct
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • APS6 position
  • exposure to jobactive would be advantageous
  • $50-55 p/h

    To be successful you MUST hold a National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain)

    You will be an enthusiastic and motivated APS6 Team Leader with the following skills and capabilities:
    - Team Leader experience within a Contact Centre - 2+ years highly desired
  • Job active/employment services experience
  • Communication skills to articulately explain complex information, tailor messaging and resolve issues
    - Develop and support your team to achieve results
    - Strong conflict resolution experience
  • Strong people management skills and experience in managing KPI's
  • A high ethos around maintaining sensitivity and confidentiality
