Job Responsibilities:
- developing and managing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- coordinating a range of administrative tasks for the section, including records management
- providing efficient and effective secretariat support, including:
- meeting coordination
- liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- preparation of complex papers
- drafting of accurate minutes and coordination of action items.
- Program, project and/or contract management including:
o drafting grant guidelines and funding agreements
o managing project milestones and associated approvals
o financial management
o regular grant reporting
Experience/Role Requirements/Qualifications
Government grant management and/or procurement skills and expertise is highly desirable.
You will ideally be an Australian Citizen and hold Baseline security clearance or an active Police check
